Returns and Refunds
Didn't fit? Wasn't what you expected? No problem! Simply, return the item using our pre-paid label to receive a refund.
Products must be returned within 30 days of your order ship date.
Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached to receive a refund. The return form must also be included inside the package.
Email us at email@example.com with your name, order number, name of the product you'd like to return, and zip code. We will then send you a pre-paid return label within 48 hours.
Please make sure to hold onto any proof of postage once you have shipped the item until you have been refunded correctly, in case you need this at a later date.
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot offer exchanges.
Once we have received your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks after returning your product for your refund to be officially posted.
